John Binder graduated cum laude from Bellarmine University in 2014 and from Marquette Law School in 2018. While in law school, he worked for multiple judges, including Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Chief Judge Diane S. Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago, IL. John Binder was on Marquette’s Moot Court Association and served on Marquette Law Review. In his last year of law school, he served as a research assistant to Professor Daniel D. Blinka and interned with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. He was named to the Dean’s List numerous times. John Binder has been in private practice his entire career.
He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association, the Waukesha County Bar Association, and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
